Content policy

Documents with the following content are not allowed:

• Adult content
• Violent content
• Racy content
• Spoofed or manipulated content

If a file violates the policy, the file is deleted during processing (if the document is protected in a GoBD space, the file is moved to quarantine instead). The document entry stays in your list, marked as skipped, and shows the reason until you delete it. No email is sent.

Privacy basics

• Your files are stored in private storage.
• Only you can access your documents, unless you share a space: members of a shared space see its documents according to their role.
• The owner of a space can give an auditor (for example a tax auditor) time-limited read-only access to that space.
• Paperarchive does not give your data to other users beyond that.
